When should a sealed unit be replaced?
- Cracked or Broken: it may seem pricey, but in the long run it is more beneficial to replace the unit as soon as possible. When the airtight seal of the unit is compromised, so is your heating bill!
- Window Fogging/Condensation: if there is noticeable condensation between the panes of glass the sealed unit should be replaced as it is no longer doing its job
