Glacier Glass is a 3rd generation, family owned and operated company that has been based out of Regina since 1979. Jamie Halbgewachs is the sole owner of Glacier, while working alongside his oldest son, Brandon, and his youngest son, Taylor. There are many other family members that work at Glacier; sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many long term employees who are all a part of the Glacier family. When I say long term, I am talking 20, 30, even 40 years. Having many long term staff speaks to the work environment Glacier provides, as well as the degree of expertise we have in the glass industry!
With around 40 full time employees, Glacier is the largest independent glass shop in Southern Saskatchewan. Our showroom, and main office, is located at 410, Quebec St. We have around 20 trucks on the road any given day, servicing both the residential & commercial industries.
Throughout the years Glacier has developed a reputation of providing quality products and services. All of our employees take pride in their work, and will always go the extra mile to ensure the customer is always left with complete satisfaction.

Glacier is proud to offer an extensive amount of services in both the Residential & Commercial industries.
Our residential side features a large and very complete selection of PVC windows and doors, glass shower enclosures, screen repair, hardware, and replacement parts. We also manufacture our own ‘Glasure Seal’ sealed units, that come with a 5 year warranty.
We have an SGI Accredited Auto Glass department, specializing in windshield replacement, stone chip repair, and are able to service all vehicle types from cars, trucks, campers, RV’s, tractors, and pretty much any vehicle that has glass!
The commercial side features aluminum windows, automatic swing and sliding doors, commercial sealed units, as well as hardware and replacement parts. Our team specializes in installation, whether it be a bank, strip mall, office space, or a convenience store, we have the commercial windows and doors you’re looking for. We also have a 24 Hour Emergency Commercial Service; therefore, if your business is broken into in the middle of the night, or on the weekends, you can rest easy knowing that Glacier Glass will have you fixed up and secured that night!
