"GlasureSeal"
10 Year Limited Warranty
We guarantee for a period of (10) years from date of manufacture that, under normal conditions, material obstruction of vision, resulting from film formation or dust collection between the interior glass surfaces of, "GlasureSeal" insulating glass units, will not occur. Should there be such failure within the warranty period, defective insulated glass will be replaced at no charge within a (1) year from date of purchase, but will not accept responsibility for painting or refinishing. After the (1) year from date of purchase the customer will be responsible for the cost of arrangement of installing or similar activities involved in the replacement of glass.
Units must be stored, handled and installed according to current IGMAC Glazing Recommendations for Sealed Insulating Glass Units. Glazing compounds and materials must be compatible with unit sealant materials.
This warranty does not include cracked or broken glass or damage to the product resulting from accident, abusive handling or misuse or shattering due to heat build up. And does not apply to cracked or broken units or to replacement units beyond the original (10) year period applying for the original unit. This warrantly is only effective if goods have been paid for in full, according to the terms of sales, and the original proof of purchase is provided. (original proof of purchase is non-transferable.)
